做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
