做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
