做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
