做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
