做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
