做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
