做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
