做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
