做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
