做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
