做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
