做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
