做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
