做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
