做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
