做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
