做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
