做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
