做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
