做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
