做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
