做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
