做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
