做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
