做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
