做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
