做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
