做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
