做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
