做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
