做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
