做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
