做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
