做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
