做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
