做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
