做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
