做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
