做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
