做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
