做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
