做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
