做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
