做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
