做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
