做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
