做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
