做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
