做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
