做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
